Our engineering team has identified an issue with the processing of contact overview data and stats. This issue is causing your new subscribers may be late showing up on the contact overview page and your mailing stats counting may also be late.

This issue, however, does not affect the mailing to those new subscribers. You can send email messages to them immediately although they haven't been showing up yet on the contact overview page. The stats will be also gradually updated although slower.

The team is currently trying to improve these processes to recover the service. We'll provide another update soon.
