Email Sending Microsoft Outlook Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting email deliveries to Microsoft-hosted addresses (including Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Office 365). Messages sent to these domains may be delayed or deferred. A small portion of emails may still be delivered, but most are impacted.

This appears to be due to a service disruption on Microsoft’s side. Our systems are operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

    Email Sending Intermittent connection

    Currently our cloud provider is having intermittent network connection across data centers, impacting many BirdSend cloud servers.

    Access to app, email delivery and stats are impacted by this issue and may have performance degradation and delay.

    We are closely monitoring this issue and will give an update if there's any.

  • We have confirmation from upstream that the connection issue has been fully resolved, and our mail delivery has back to normal. If you continue to experience mail delivery problem, please contact our support team.

  • We have received an update from upstream that a fix to resolve the intermittent connection has been implemented. We are currently monitoring the network and will give an update once the issue is fully resolved.
