Email Sending Microsoft Outlook Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting email deliveries to Microsoft-hosted addresses (including Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Office 365). Messages sent to these domains may be delayed or deferred. A small portion of emails may still be delivered, but most are impacted.

This appears to be due to a service disruption on Microsoft’s side. Our systems are operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

  • Microsoft has resolved the issue and we have confirmed that the service has back to normal.

    Tracking Slow stats reporting

    There's a delay in our stats reporting. This means your opens, clicks, and other stats report in your account are delayed.

    Email sending and all other functions are normal though. But you may see that your emails have lower than usual open and click rates, and that's because of this delay in stats reporting.

    Eventually all the stats will catch up.

  • We have resolved the Issue related to stats reporting and the system should now be operating normally.
