Email Sending Microsoft Outlook Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting email deliveries to Microsoft-hosted addresses (including Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Office 365). Messages sent to these domains may be delayed or deferred. A small portion of emails may still be delivered, but most are impacted.

This appears to be due to a service disruption on Microsoft’s side. Our systems are operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

Microsoft has resolved the issue and we have confirmed that the service has back to normal.

Tracking SENT stats on SOME broadcast are not fully recorded

For SOME broadcasts, we are currently having an issue to record SENT stats for broadcast. You do not need to worry about email sending and deliverability. The affected broadcasts have been sent to ALL your recipients but the stats sent are not fully recorded. All other stats (open, click, and etc) are working fine. You may already notice this because your open rate will be higher than the previous broadcast.

We have identified the issue and currently working to fix it.

Again, this happens to SOME broadcasts only. Not all broadcasts are affected.

Sent stats for resend broadcasts have been restored.

Sent stats for regular and split broadcasts have been restored. We're still working on restoring the sent stats for broadcast resend.
