Email Sending Microsoft Outlook Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting email deliveries to Microsoft-hosted addresses (including Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Office 365). Messages sent to these domains may be delayed or deferred. A small portion of emails may still be delivered, but most are impacted.

This appears to be due to a service disruption on Microsoft’s side. Our systems are operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

    Scheduled Maintenance February 4, 2020

    To continuously provide you with better service, we will be performing maintenance on our servers on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 -- between 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM US Eastern time. A maximum two-hour window is allocated.

    This maintenance is for upgrading our hardware infrastructure for increased performance and scalability. During the maintenance, BirdSend app will not be accessible, and your sequences, broadcasts, forms, and rules will be temporarily unavailable.

    Broadcast and sequence emails that were not sent during the maintenance will be sent after the maintenance is over.
