Issue with writing to database Thursday 16th July 2020 04:38:00

We're investigating an issue that's preventing us to write to our database.

This causes some functionalities are not working e.g. sending emails; creating/editing contacts, forms, sequences, broadcasts; etc. We're working to fix this as soon as we can.

We'll update again.

The issue is resolved. Everything should work properly now. We would like to apologize and can assure you that such situations will not occur in the future.

We've been able to restore the database functionalities to normal. Activities such as sending emails; creating/editing contacts, forms, sequences, broadcasts; etc. are working properly again. We're now monitoring our database servers.
