Currently our cloud provider is having network issues impacting many BirdSend cloud servers. Network connection is intermittently having connection timeout issue.
Access to app, email delivery and stats are impacted by this issue and may have performance degradation and delay.
We are closely monitoring this issue and will give an update if there's any.
We received an update from upstream provider that the emergency maintenance has completed on all data center regions. All BirdSend services should now be operating normally.
Update from our upstream provider, emergency maintenance on some data center regions has completed and no recurrence issue. All BirdSend services have back to operational, but we keep monitor the progress until the emergency maintenance completed on all regions.
