Email Sending Microsoft Outlook Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting email deliveries to Microsoft-hosted addresses (including Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Office 365). Messages sent to these domains may be delayed or deferred. A small portion of emails may still be delivered, but most are impacted.

This appears to be due to a service disruption on Microsoft’s side. Our systems are operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

  • Microsoft has resolved the issue and we have confirmed that the service has back to normal.

    Site & Application Database Issue

    We're experiencing an issue with our database, and our team is currently trying to fix it. One of the features that got affected is the Form capability to process new opt-in.

    We'll update the progress again later. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Since we've fixed the issue with our DB we've been closely monitoring its operation. We can confirm the issue has been fully fixed and our DB servers are running normally.

  • The opt-in issue has been resolved.
